Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PreviewFlows (“the Service”), operated by Flowfly OÜ (registry code 14750934, Ümera tn 42, 13816 Tallinn, Estonia) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. The Service is intended for business use; if you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

The Service

The Service renders previews of your Klaviyo flow emails inside Figma. You connect your own Klaviyo account, either through Klaviyo’s login (OAuth) or by providing a read-only private API key that you create in Klaviyo. You are responsible for having the right to access and render that content, and for the keys and credentials you provide.

Accounts & organizations

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Organization admins may connect and disconnect Klaviyo accounts on behalf of the organization; all members of an organization share its connected accounts and previews. You are responsible for who you invite.

Your content

The email templates, images and other material we fetch from your Klaviyo account stay yours. You grant us a limited licence to fetch, store, render and display that material solely to provide the Service to your organization. You are responsible for that material and for any claim that arises from our rendering it on your instructions.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to access data you’re not authorized to, to break Klaviyo’s or Figma’s terms, to reverse-engineer the Service, or to exceed or circumvent your plan limits through abuse — including by creating multiple accounts or organizations to obtain additional free allowances. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans, billing & limits

Paid plans are billed per organization, in advance, via our billing provider. Plans include monthly limits (such as email previews, re-render runs and connected accounts) and plan-specific features; exceeding a limit may require an upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; nothing in these terms limits any statutory right of withdrawal or refund you may have as a consumer.

We may change plans, features, limits and pricing at any time. For existing subscriptions, a price increase takes effect at the start of the first billing cycle that begins at least 30 days after we notify you by email or on the dashboard. If you don’t accept a change you may cancel before it takes effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Promotional pricing (such as beta pricing) is honoured for as long as the subscription that received it stays continuously active. It ends if that subscription is cancelled or lapses, and we may end or change a promotion for active subscriptions with at least 30 days’ notice. The free plan is offered at our discretion and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time.

Changes to the Service

We may modify, add or remove features, or discontinue the Service or any part of it. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give at least 30 days’ notice; if we discontinue the Service we will refund any prepaid fees for the period after discontinuation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance. If you don’t agree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription before the change takes effect.

Third-party services

The Service depends on Klaviyo, Figma and our infrastructure providers. We’re not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes to their APIs, and a change on their side may require us to change the Service.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Previews may not perfectly reflect how an email renders in every inbox. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service, disconnect your Klaviyo accounts and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, or on 30 days’ notice for any reason. On termination your organization’s connections and previews are deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court as the court of first instance, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these terms to a successor of our business; you may not assign them without our consent. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
