Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Klaviyo Flow Previews (“the Service”), operated by [[LEGAL ENTITY]]. By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

The Service renders previews of your Klaviyo flow emails inside Figma. You connect your own Klaviyo account via OAuth; you’re responsible for having the right to access and render that content.

Accounts & organizations

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Organization admins may connect/disconnect Klaviyo accounts on behalf of the organization; all members of an organization share its connected accounts.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to access data you’re not authorized to, to break Klaviyo’s or Figma’s terms, to reverse-engineer the Service, or to exceed your plan limits through abuse. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans, billing & limits

Paid plans are billed per organization, in advance, via our billing provider. Plans include monthly render and connection limits; exceeding them may require an upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

Third-party services

The Service depends on Klaviyo, Figma, and our infrastructure providers. We’re not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior [[3]] months. Previews may not perfectly reflect how an email renders in every inbox.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
